Cadillac cue not working.

Is there a fuse for just the bottom or does one fuse work them all? It clicks when you hit the on button but nothing happens.822K views 5 years ago. It's most likely the root cause of the AC issue, or a faulty interconnect, -if you're lucky. Check all CUE-related fuses first. Cadillac Customer Care. ----------. With only 500 miles on the car and CUE update installed, I experienced my first CUE shutdown/reboot while freeway driving from San Diego to Palm Springs. I was about 40 minutes into the drive with Pandora playing, Galaxy S3 paired and route guidance active.

The steering wheel controls work fine and the backup cam. The AC works but I cant change the settings from the screen. I can change the temp and set it to Auto. The radio works but I have to use the steering wheel controls . Nothing has changed in the car. The CUE screens comes on but the touch part of the screen is not working for any command.

I have 60K on the vehicle and called Cadillac to see if there was a recall since so many people are reporting the same issue. There was no recall or service bulletin for this problem but obviously its an issue since so many people are having it. Using Voice Recognition. Turn on the vehicle and keep it in Park. Press the Push-to-Talk button. After the tone, say “Pair Phone.”. Follow the instructions. When the pairing is complete, the infotainment screen will show your phone as available for making and receiving calls. CUE is based on Linux and Linux system often becomes unresponsive when HDDs are experiencing troubles, constant resets etc. Nice Ride.Someone did a video saying it could be the dcm module. I have been just recently experiencing no media by CUE found after starting the vehicle. The USB stick has been installed for months. Now I have to remove it and reinsert it to get recognized by CUE. I checked the USB stick out on my PC, even running diagnostics on it and it works perfectly.

Welcome to CF! This is a common issue with screens prior to 2018. The screen needs to be replaced. It's not too much $$. Can be found at cuescreens.com. Or if you have warranty the Dealer would replace the whole CUE unit but it would most likely fail again. Unfortunately it’s not checked by codes, but I don’t think it’s a screen problem.
