The build I use for Booster is 7/7/7/0/0/0/5/7. Pretty run of the mill rammer build, but successful. Out runs all level 45 tanks I've come across (excluding other Boosters). I've seen Destroyer/Hybrid rammers as well, but I find them inferior to Boosters due to their reduced maneuverability. I can generally beat them 1v1.
