I got the combo pack of two pillows. I use the smaller one with my 43x and the larger one floats between my g19 and 365 x-macro. All on tenicor holsters, two certum 3 and one certum lux. I'lll likely order a mastermind wedge to permanently live on the certum lux.

So I have to say I like the Certum a little better. The Velo fits a small profile of people I think just because of the built in wedge.
