Grand Dragon keeps healing faster than I can damage it. I've got two 19k strength fleets fighting it alongside a psionic avatar. I looked it up and it should only take a 20k fleet to kill it. But it's armor just keeps regenerating... Regen is much higher than before, unclear if it's on purpose. Stack up energy weapons, tons of them.

BTW: 3 dragons cannot take the dreadnought alone early on. But, can do it easily with additional fleet support. 3 dragons easily handled both the Devourer and Horror. My fleet power with 3 early dragons and the dreadnought is extremely high for the era and I have subjugated 80% of the galaxy peacefully and I have them all in a Martial Alliance.
