She's good but not overpowered. her DP is fairly slow and death on block. install neutral is strong but install damage is normally not meter efficient and if you get hit during install say by to 2 bars of meter or something. Her neutral mix is pretty weak since she doesn't have fast overheads so she relies on poke/throw.
