If you try to match the speed for each gear you can do like this. Final gear max at 5.500 full right of the bar. Top speed auto minimum 200kmh full left.

I ended up spending a bit of time trying to figure it out, and it seems that you need to go to GT Auto -> Customize Cars -> Custom Parts -> Rear -> Type B. For whatever reason that changed the maximum front downforce from 100 to 200 for me.For Le Mans , set top speed to 350kmh to be able to short shift low RPM and do the 4 laps saving gas. It's ok also for Sport tires , just take care about the snap oversteer when the torque come all together. Gearbox. Top speed 200 kmh. Final gear at 2.315 for fast track increase speed with help of final gear.1st : Bring the top speed to minimum full left 280 kmh. 2d: set every individual gears from 6th to 1st at the ratios writen on the sheet. 3rd: Set the final gear ratio to 2.560 for SPA or similar. Older tunes you will want to use just as a starting point. Many seem to have more understeer now. To combat that you can lower front downforce some or lower front arb and raise rear. With the extra PP points available you can turn up the engine, remove ballast or switch to tires with better grip. 3. That ‘64 Porsche with Praiano’s tune drives amazing and I was able to win it for the first time easy. It’s a very unique feeling car, but I love it. I think it was lap 5 or 6 before I took the lead, after everyone boxed, but that car could run that race twice over without having to think about fuel. Definitely recommend trying it

I think Praiano even referenced how surprised he was by elevation shifts when he first used VR. Now think in terms of shaving fractions of a second and brain processing. GT7 Update 1.31 changed the physics. Pre 1.31 tunes might still be better than stock un-tuned cars but the numbers will always be out. Stick with post 1.31 tunes. There’s an 800pp tune for this car.
