It would be though around 10 hours, because I upgraded my Overwatch and went to make sidequests and gigs and went to the Cherry Blossom Market to the Junk Shop where I usually buy my component and it wasn't there anymore. I don't know is it a bug or not. First of all, there was never a level cap on the Overwatch, maybe already was bugged.

I'm good now. Or more specifically fps tanks and GPU shoots up to 100% when opening the map or inventory. Actually opening these triggers the issue then until a restart occurs the game runs poorly and even leaving the map keep fps low in the 20s for a few minutes. I will say 2.0 gave me 15 more fps with exact same settings and the traversal stutter is all gone.

The only solution to that I tried was reloading, dropping Overwatch, and playing through the section again - which worked and didn't "infect" any of my other gear with the quest …
