Right now the spawn rates are super low, and it's frustrating trying to finish the Hint + Night Sweep quests. We're probably a month or two away from wipe. Seems like a good time to raise the spawn rate. 25-30% would be AWESOME, the current 12-15% is just too low to be enjoyable.
