Recently (like today) Mercari started giving sellers badges. One of them is “reliable”, which means a seller rarely cancels orders. Hopefully this will encourage sellers to not do that, to keep the badge or earn it. I’m a seller and people who cancel orders really give the app a bad rep aka less people buying. 8.It won't affect you like it will them.
