Your save data is tied to the account on the "family switch". Unless you transfer the whole account on yours, there's nothing to do about it. The smart move would have been to have an account for each family member on that "family switch", so data can easily be transferred individually.

But if I want to copy/move, for some reason that option only exists at the higher level, so I have to copy/move the whole 13 GB kit'n'kaboodle, which sucks. Which if your Switch broke and/or you got another one you could download them to the new hardware.
